Leadership
Scott Willson - Managing Partner
Scott is a dynamic leader with over 18 years experience driving profitable growth across manufacturing and commercial distribution businesses. For the last six years Scott gained extensive turn around experience in senior leadership positions in portfolio companies owned by Patriarch Partners, a $8B distressed equity fund in NYC. Most recently Scott was the the Chief Executive Officer of Amweld International, a leading manufacturer of commercial steel door products with facilities in Dallas, TX, No. Jackson Ohio, and Monterrey, MX.
Scott is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and also proudly served as a combat arms officer for the United States Army.
David Kimball - Partner
David is a experienced manufacturing executive having owned, operated and grown The Kimball Companies, a specialty and protective packaging manufacturer, for over 30 years. David's expertise was formed while growing the company from 20 to over 200 people as well as starting additional remote companies. In 1999, David successfully sold The Kimball Companies to Smurfit Stone Container Corporation.
David is a graduate of Tufts University.
